Guitar order

All guitar orders are custom made and a one-of-a-kind guitar. With order 50 % paying in advance (downpayment) is necessary. All guitar offers are free and without obligation. A contract is done if MJ Guitars confirms by letter or EMail. All downpayments are part of the contract. The rest of the Amount must be payed when we confirm the guitar is ready and we forward you the Bill of total Amount by Letter or EMail. Same for subcontracts. All Pictures shown of guitars are without obligation. Touch up of guitars and components are authorized as long as they are expected to agreed contract. MJ Guitars may accept an order and contract within 2 weeks. An order from buyer is binding upon the order. After manufacturing the rest of the amount must be paid. The client gets a bill in written form or EMail and has to pay the rest of the sum. After booking the instrument will be shipped to the client. In case of return through client within 14 days after receiving the instrument we have the right to touch up the complaint. Complaints must be told MJ Guitars within 14 days after receiving the guitar. As long as the guitars are not fully paid they are in ownership of MJ Guitars.

Delivery

All delivery dates are without obligation. Except a delivery date was arranged. In cases of act of god the delivery date prolonges to a suitable period.

Please take care of Duty delay. Sometimes your item is already in your country but still lays at the customs clearance.


Minimun order value

The minimun order value is 10 EUR. Concerning all customers outside Germany the minimun value order is 25 EURO.

 

Returns / Rescission / Claims and exchanges / Complaints

A full refund of the purchase price cannot be claimed if the value of the good is reduced by signs of use, which does exceed the usual examination of the good (e. g. washed and dried clothes, opened protection films of CD's and DVD's, spots and stains, etc.), by signs of destruction or any other circumstances the customer is responsible for. Claims and exchanges of any other kind will be accepted within 4 weeks of invoice date. Please put a copy of the invoice, into the shipment. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including any CD,DVD,VHS tape or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). Audio-visual products will not be replaced unless there is a defect in the production. Discrepancies between the colour of the pictures on the webshop and the colour of the delivered products are results of a technical process and do not present any defect. Usually we deliver your order within 7 days (within Germany). We will do our best to deliver all items of your order to you at once so you do not have to wait for an article to arrive. In addition to that the mail delivery service needs time to get the package to you, please keep in mind that we do not have any influence on that. We are always trying hard to deliver in the shortest time possible but around Christmas or when a new album is released deliveries might take a little longer than usual. Please do not instantly send hate mails, we are trying really hard to "get it done"...!!! You`ll receive the amount by bank wire about the order value and, in case of a justified return, on top the postal charges. We refund the postal charges for the return after receipt of the goods, only if you revoke the contract of sale in written form (via e-mail or postal letter) within 14 days after receipt of the goods and only if the gross value of the order amount exceeds 40 EUR. Make sure that you accept only undamaged parcels from the postal service. We can’t take back defective items.

Retention of title

Up to the complete payment of all against the customer existing requirements, including all secondary claims, the supplied commodity remains to MJ Guitars in the property of the company. With contracts with consumers, §13 BGB, reserves itself the company MJ Guitars the property up to the complete payment of the purchase price. The customer is not entitled to sell the commodity up to the complete payment of the purchase price third or other to seize the property of the company MJ Guitars endangering measures. The customer surrenders already now its future requirements opposite the Erwerber at height of the purchase price agreed upon between the company material to Guitars and the customer including interest and secondary claims to the company MJ Guitars. The company MJ Guitars accepts this transfer.

Miscellaneous

These order conditions are valid for all orders. By sending your order, you accept these conditions. All deliveries are subject to these terms of delivery. All data necessary for delivery and processing are stored by our EDP department and we assure that they will not be handed over to any third party. We assure our goods to be free of manufacturing or material defects or errors. We are not responsible for any misuse of our articles for purposes intended by the customer. The customer is obliged to check the goods for defects immediately after delivery. Special offers are only valid while supplies last. All prices are in Euro and are subject to change. The sum total in your shopping cart as well as prices displayed on our help site are shown in Euro. This also applies for our terms of delivery. Changes in prices, errors and omissions expected. The delivered goods remain our property until fully paid for. The information on this website is protected by copyright. Reprints, even extracts must be authorized by the publisher. In case one of the above mentioned regulations loses its validity the validity of the other regulations is not affected. Instead of the invalid regulation a valid regulation which resembles the economic purpose and the intention of the invalid regulation has to come into effect. These regulations - as well as any contract for sale based on these regulations - are subject to German law.
