Inspired by the Lap Steels and Accordions of the 1950s, this is an incredibly rare amp and guitar set. In 1995 Fender Custom Shop really was hitting its stride thanks to builders like John Page and John Cruz. Putting out exceptionally built instruments. The guitar is built with a alder body and acetate White Pearloid. The Amp is a Custom Shop with Pine cabinet (front covering was redone)..
The set was delivered new to Woodstock Guitars and has never been sold. It comes with a matching white pearloid flightcase, white pearloid Blues Deluxe (made in USA) and Fender Mother of Pearl Stratocaster. They only made 250 matched sets in the custom shop and this is number 28.
The set is essentially new as it’s been part of our collection for 23 years! The amp has some minor cosmetic issues in the pearloid and some yellowing. This is common for this set. Includes COA!
