n the JV Modified Series, we combine classic aesthetics with modern playability. Just the way today's musicians want it. With their design borrowings from the now highly sought-after "Japanese Vintage" reissue models of the early '80s, the JV Modified guitars are refined versions of our modern classics. The '50s Telecaster reproduces the classic Tele tone with its resonant basswood body and two single-coils. Use the 4-way switch to select the pickups individually or connect them together, serially or in parallel. With the push/pull function in the tone knob you can switch the pickups in position 2 and 4 (in-phase/out-of-phase). The "Soft V" profile maple neck plays nice and smooth, it has a satin finish and a 9.5" radius maple fingerboard with medium jumbo frets.
