MJ Guitars Munich is in the lucky position to be able to offer you some very fine vintage guitars. More and more collectors are taking advantage of the Vintage Lounge as a meeting point to talk about their favorite instruments.

It is a very special feeling to hold an instrument from the 50ties or 60ties in your hands or better playing it, because the atmosphere and sound are incomparable.

Vintage instruments are usually high priced. The reason that they are expensive is, that they are at least 30 years old and handcrafted, because they were built before the mass production started. Therefore these old instruments are more individuel. The most wanted guitars and bass guitars are mostly american made in the 1950s and 1960s. There was never a large number of instruments produced. Rare guitars in top condition will reach an exorbitant high price among the collectors. These days it is essential to get an expert to take a close look at the vintage instrument to make sure it is real, because the fakes are getting better.
