The Epiphone Newport Bass is an original design released in 1961. The modern Newport Bass pays tribute to the rare vintage model while incorporating refinements that today's bassists need. The 30.5" length and comfortable medium C profile make the bass suitable for a wide range of hand sizes, while the symmetrical body with double cutaway makes every fret easily accessible. The Bass Sidewinder pickup on the neck offers a full, deep sound, while the TB PRO on the bridge provides a higher tone colour. The two pickups are linked with master volume and tone controls and a mixer knob, so you can customise the sound just the way you want. Available in the classic Cherry finish and in three custom colours: California Coral, Sunset Yellow and Pacific Blue.
