Due to its solid spruce top our DWG-5000 sounds just like you'd expect from a good steel string acoustic: strong but well-balanced. Whether your're boldly strumming or fingerpicking delicately, this guitar's open pore finish gives the solid spruce top room to "breathe" and vibrate freely, ensuring good projection and an even frequency response. A good action and a nut width of 43 mm give you optimum playability, fretboard markers help you find your way around the neck and a beautiful pickguard protects the top of your guitar when playing with a pick. Closed chromed machine heads ensure excellent tuning stability, while fretboard markers help you find your way around the neck easy and fast.

You want to play onstage? No problem with the DWG-5000 CTW-EQ's integrated active pickup system and tuner by Fishman (Presys 101). Use volume, bass, mid, treble, brilliance, notch and phase controls to adapt your guitar even to challenging surroundings while quickly tuning on stage with the integrated tuner. 

All Lakota guitars are factory-equipped with coated D‘Addario XSAPB Light strings, giving you sonority and brillance for months.
